Ingredients
- Crust
- 20 graham crackers (almost 1 pkg.)
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Filling
- 4 (3-oz) packages cream cheese
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Topping
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 pint sour cream
Directions
- Press graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar into pan, saving some to sprinkle on top
- Blend cream cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla well
- Pour mixture into graham cracker crust
- Bake at 375° for 25 minutes
- Cover with sour cream topping
Bake 10 minutes longer at 450° - Cool
